Studio manager, spaces facilitator, and jack of all trades

Owen Hipwell is the Stanford d.school's environments manager. At the d.school he is responsible for the physical operations of the classrooms, studios, and maker spaces, translating the d.school's practice of user-centric space design into reality. Outside of the d.school, Owen is a multi-media artist, working primarily with light, electronics, and wood to explore relationships between geography and history.
